I just got Mahalo U-40SR, but it's purple! I ordered it because my son liked the spider design on the website. It also had scratch on the neck. I don't know if my son would play... a purple uke!

This is a great little uke that is perfect for the beginner, a child, or someone who just has to have another Uke to play. I got it as a gift for a uke player who already has four ukes. She just loves this one, too. It is light, very portable, and most of all fun! Great product for the price.

When I decided I wanted to try to play a ukulele I originally ordered one that didn't have the guitar style tuning pegs. I returned it quickly and picked out the Mahalo as a replacement. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a whim that could turn out to be nothing more than a passing whim. Once I began to play around with the Mahalo I discovered that my whim was not of the passing type. I have been very happy with it and I think these economy ukes are a great way for a beginner to learn. So far I have not seen any need to move on to a pricer model as I am quite happy with this one. It is a great product for the price. Cheap fun.

I love Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats... they are the perfect breakfast and they hold you through the morning. However I have a bone to pick and will write Kellogg directly. I bought these to assist in a weight loss - I suffer from portion control-itis. For the past few years I buy the large box and make smaller containers of the suggested serving size -- approximately 24 biscuits. If I don't, then whatever bowl I choose, I will fill to the max especially in the morning before coffee. I was introduced to this product through one of the weight loss programs where you order food and it comes in portion controlled containers. So one day I thought if this diet program had it - then it must be offered to the public in single serving size. So here I am - my first big box of Mini Wheats arrived yesterday - 70 individual containers. Well folks - these 70 containers have only what would be considered half a serving - about 12 biscuits per container. It is described by grams on these little boxes. Doesn't that seem weird? If you were going to go through the trouble of making small packages - wouldn't it be at least a single serving size??? So that is my only gripe - the cereal is great and the packaging just pisses me off. So I thought I would share.

I am 44 years of age. I have been an electrician all my adult life. Every one of my hand tools (with the exception of my wire strippers) is made by Klein. I have NEVER had to replace a Klein tool because it broke or wore out. It was either lost or stolen-most of the time it was stolen. Their tools simply do not wear out or break-unless you use a screwdriver as a Pry-Bar.

Be careful though as Klein has succumbed to the overseas manufacturing industry and you will find some of their tools are made in Asia. But for the most part, they are still made in the Good ol' USA.

I literally tossed all my Craftsman and Stanley screwdrivers in the trash after I experienced Klein durability and quality. What utter garbage Craftsman and Stanley are compared to Klein.

I'm amazed by how many times I've cranked down super-hard on these drivers to find no rounding of the tips. I'm talking about after years of use. With a Craftsman or Stanley, the very first time you crank on them the tips get rounded.

I ordered this as a fun item for my Biology classroom. I followed the directions to the letter. Not a single mushroom has appeared! I bought mushroom kits (not logs) last year and they were a great success. But this one was a complete waste of money. Look elsewhere before you too throw good money away.

We purchased two of these as gifts and neither one had great luck. Both were able to get a few mushrooms from them but not a lot...it was neat that some grew but a little dissapointing that there weren't a lot more for the price of the logs. One of the ones we purchased went to a warmer area of Oregon and that one did a little better than the one that went to colder/dryer southern Idaho. If they would have produced as many mushrooms as in the picture I would have given 5 stars, just because it is neat to watch them grow. Only 4 stars due to only a few mushrooms.

Kit contains an all-natural hardwood log injected with shiitake spawn and produce mushrooms every two months for years. Grow indoors with plants or outside in shade. To produce mushrooms, soak it in non-chlorinated ice water for 24 hours. Harvest in 6-10 days. Logs require regular soaking in nonchlorinated room-temperature water every two weeks. PLEASE NOTE: Logs are ALIVE and can't remain in the packaging without air, light and oxygen for more than two weeks. Thanks!
